Rue's business operates on the belief that anyone regardless of size or shape should have well-fitted, beautiful clothing that they love. Growing up in a realm where there was never much available in their size as a growing owlbear, they took immediately to sewing and dived headlong into all fashion trends, carefully cultivating their own style.
Now they offer those same services to any non-human in need of personally modified clothing - customizations for wings, tails, shells, etc! - as well as anyone more human-shaped who is just looking for something more personalized and properly tailored. Rue is happy to have others bring in their own designs to be created or to have the owlbear sketch up a few ideas of their own.
For an extra fee, Rue can enchant any of the clothing made to include visual or olfactory effects - think fabric that ripples like real water or a gown that leaves a line of trailing flowers everywhere you walk or a blazer that smells of freshly baked cookies. Due to the magic of the shop, these effects will be permanent.
